Desde ni\u00f1a tuve una sensibilidad especial por las emociones humanas. A los 16 a\u00f1os mi mam\u00e1 me llev\u00f3 a un taller con un psic\u00f3logo e hipnoterapeuta. Sal\u00ed con una certeza dif\u00edcil de explicar: como si una parte de m\u00ed hubiera reconocido el camino.<\/p><p>Hoy llevo m\u00e1s de quince a\u00f1os acompa\u00f1ando procesos emocionales, adicciones, relaciones que hacen da\u00f1o, ansiedad, trauma, heridas que a veces llevan a\u00f1os instaladas. Trabajo desde un enfoque integrativo que combina terapia sist\u00e9mica, TCC e hipnosis cl\u00ednica: tres herramientas que juntas llegan donde una sola no siempre alcanza.<\/p><p>Uno de los cambios m\u00e1s grandes de mi vida fue dejar todo y empezar de cero en Estados Unidos. La inmigraci\u00f3n no es solo cambiar de pa\u00eds. Es perder el suelo bajo los pies. Esa experiencia vive en mi trabajo; no como an\u00e9cdota de superaci\u00f3n, sino como comprensi\u00f3n real de lo que significa cargar demasiado peso emocional y aun as\u00ed seguir adelante.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n estudio constelaciones familiares y terapias florales, medito porque necesito espacios de silencio para sostener todo lo que este trabajo me da y me pide, y soy la amiga directa que te dice lo que nadie m\u00e1s se atreve.<\/p><p>Mi objetivo contigo no es que me necesites para siempre.
